Description
The HumaFIA single-cassette analyzer provides accurate readings wherever a quick result is needed: in emergency rooms, hospitals, doctors‘ offices, pediatric clinics, public health departments, laboratories or elite sports hubs. It is a small semi-automated platform for a large number of parameters. Ease of use and quality are built into this analyzer.
Suppression of background fluorescence through time-resolved detection enables sensitive testing. Built-in checks for incubation temperature and time, as well as sample type-specific calibration curves, ensure consistently high-quality results.

Outstanding sensitity by time-resolved fluorescence technology
Enables tests with very high sensitivity for early detection of critical diseases comparable to chemiluminescence assays. By utilizing the extended fluorescence lifetime of europium (Eu^3+) chelates, it offers a significant advancement in reducing background noise, particularly from autofluorescence in challenging samples like whole blood. This technology enables highly sensitive tests with low limits of detection (LOD), overcoming the limitations of traditional fluorescence assays. The combination of sensitivity, speed, and specificity makes TR-FIA an exceptional tool for clinical diagnostics and research applications.
